Members

Most Vigilator organisations will not be able to properly function without a team. There is a variety of reasons you may want to add a member to your organisation, some reasons include:

• Adding members to act as "Humans", members who are dedicated to monitoring your agents and or answering interrupts.
• Add managers who can monitor "Human" performance and intervene or answer escelated interrupts.
• Add developers who can manage your integrations/handle the techical side of things.

Members tie in closely with access control, so it's recommended you have an understanding of access control before you invite anyone to your vigilator organisation.

Inviting Members

Simply navigate to the members page and invite a member by email, users that are invited will retrieve an email notifying them of the invite. You can always revoke an invitation from the same page, under the "Pending Invitations" menu.

Exporting a CSV

Press the "export CSV" button to retieve a CSV of all the members in your organisation. This may take a little while depending on the size or your organisation.
