Teams

Teams are a simple way of encapsulating groups of members to a specific label. Right now Teams only serve the purpose of being used as a unique identifier in Analytics (make link soon) or for custom routing in Workload Management (make link soon).

We recommend making teams for specific deparments or specific locations (e.g Technical Team, Marketing Team, Florida Team, London Team).
